SHIPPING INFORMATION

MAINLAND UK
For items under 1kg in weight or under the
value of £30.00, we use the Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery service.
 
This is a signed delivery service, but items
are not tracked nor insured for any value 
over £36.00. Insurance can be added to this
service, please ask for details.

For items above 1kg in weight or above £30.00
in value, we normally use the Interlink Courier 
Service. From the time of dispatch, this is a 
guaranteed next working day delivery!*
(Delivery is before 3pm Monday to Friday)
*More remote areas of Scotland may take 2
days and have an extra courier cost of £11.50.

Interlink also use a secure tracking system
so you will need to sign for your goods.

If you are not in to sign for the item, 
Interlink will leave a card through your 
letterbox and you can telephone them to
have the item redelivered at a time suitable
for you or you can collect from the local depot
 
Interlink require us to provide a contact
phone number for the delivery address.

DELIVERY INSURANCE
Full loss coverage can be added for an
additional £8.50

This is automatically added to any shipping
quote when the item value exceeds £150.

We will endeavour to dispatch the same day, items purchased and paid for by noon.
However we can only guarantee that items will ship within three business working
