items under 1kg in weight or under the value of £30.00,
we
use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
This is a signed on delivery service, but items are not
tracked nor
insured for any value over £36.00.
Insurance
can be added to this service,
please ask for details.
For items above 1kg in weight or above £30.00 in value,
we use the Interlink Courier Service.
From dispatch, this is a guaranteed next working day delivery!
(Delivery is before 3pm Monday to Friday)
Interlink also use a secure tracking system so you will need to sign for your goods.
If you are not in to sign for the item, Interlink will leave a card through your
letterbox
and you can telephone them to have the item redelivered at a time
suitable for you
or you can collect from the local depot. Interlink
require us to provide a contact
phone number for the delivery address.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
Full loss coverage can be added for an additional
£8.50
This is automatically added to any shipping quote when the
item
value exceeds £150.
We
will endeavour to dispatch the same day,
items purchased and paid for by noon.
However we can only guarantee that items will ship within
three business working days of cleared funds being received.
